Founded ETPRA in 2015 with a conviction that sustainable development could be achieved through integrity, innovation and long-term thinking. Under his leadership, ETPRA has grown into eight business verticals with an international network of partners and clients. He oversees strategic direction, business transformation and global partnerships.

Eighteen years in oil and gas with expertise in project development, procurement and operational management. Holds qualifications in Mass Communication and business administration. Central to ETPRA's operational growth and international business development — overseeing project execution and technical partnerships.
Capt. Thomas Joseph Quinn
Chairman
Over 40 years in aviation and energy across Nigeria, Trinidad, India, Egypt, Indonesia, the Gulf of Mexico and the United States. Senior roles with Bristow Helicopters, Westwind and Zealand Energy. His international exposure and sector depth provide strategic guidance to ETPRA's energy and infrastructure initiatives.
